TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms and end-user license agreement governing use of Renovo's website and application, including connected services such as QuickBooks Online.

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at renovo.eco and the Renovo LLC manufacturing and finance application (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Renovo LLC (“Renovo,” “we,” or “us”) operates a public informational website and an internal application used to manage manufacturing operations and internal financial reporting. The application is intended for use by authorized Renovo personnel and authorized clients only.
2. License and Accounts
Subject to these Terms, Renovo grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for its intended business purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or other users’ data;
- Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law;
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Third-Party Services (QuickBooks Online / Intuit)
The application integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, to read accounting data for internal reporting. Your use of Intuit products is also governed by Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy, available at intuit.com. Renovo is not responsible for third-party services, and the availability or behavior of those services may change outside our control. We access QuickBooks data on a read-only basis and do not modify it; see our Privacy Policy for details on how connected data is handled.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Renovo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
6. Confidentiality
Information exchanged through the Services — including formulations, specifications, pricing, and financial data — may be confidential. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and any applicable non-disclosure agreement.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renovo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Renovo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Term and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to other users or to Renovo. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
