Specs, not aspirations
We quote against real windows and publish a CoA on every lot. If a number isn't defensible, we don't print it.
Renovo is a toll manufacturer for sustainable materials, based in Cookeville, Tennessee. We turn bench-scale formulations into commercial granules, coatings and powders — without the capital expense of your own facility.
Building a granulation plant is a multi-million-dollar bet placed before you’ve sold a single bag. We exist to remove that bet.
Bring us a formulation — a fertilizer blend, a biochar, a filtration medium, a specialty additive — and we’ll take it from bench validation through commercial campaigns and out our dock as a finished pallet. You keep your capital, your focus, and your IP.
We run two granulation lines and a full coating and analytical suite under one roof, staffed by people who have been doing this for decades.
COOKEVILLE, TNWe quote against real windows and publish a CoA on every lot. If a number isn't defensible, we don't print it.
Our stage-gate retires the expensive unknowns at bench scale, so you spend on production only once the economics are proven.
Mutual NDA on day one, before a project is even discussed. Most of what leaves our floor, we can never show.
Forty-plus years of process engineering on staff. We solve the material-science puzzle, not just run the batch.
Renovo is small on purpose. The people who scope your project are the people who run it.

The terms overlap heavily and are often used interchangeably. In the stricter sense, toll manufacturing means the client supplies the raw material and pays a conversion fee for processing, while contract manufacturing means the manufacturer also sources the inputs. Renovo works both ways, and material supplied by a client stays the client's property throughout.
Project intake takes ten minutes. We’ll counter with a bench-stage plan, a cost window, and a calendar.
