This Privacy Policy explains how Renovo LLC (“Renovo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with our website at renovo.eco and our internal manufacturing and finance application (together, the “Services”). Renovo is a toll manufacturer headquartered at 1410 Imperial Dr, Cookeville, TN 38506, United States.

1. Scope

This policy covers two contexts: (a) visitors to our public website, and (b) authorized Renovo personnel and clients who use our internal application (our “MES,” or manufacturing execution system), which integrates with third-party business systems including Intuit QuickBooks Online.

2. Information We Collect

From website visitors. When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. Our servers also record standard technical log data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Within our application. Authorized users enter operational business data (such as jobs, production runs, receipts, and shipments) needed to run our manufacturing operations.

From connected services (QuickBooks Online). When a Renovo administrator connects our QuickBooks Online account through Intuit’s authorized OAuth flow, we access financial accounting data on a read-only basis, including company information, customers, invoices, accounts-receivable aging, and profit-and-loss reports. We use this data solely for Renovo’s own internal accounting, reporting, and analytics. We do not write to, modify, or delete data in QuickBooks, and we do not access QuickBooks data belonging to any party other than Renovo.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes and services you request;
• To operate, maintain, and secure our Services;
• To produce internal financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics (including from connected QuickBooks data);
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal or financial information, and we do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or for any purpose other than Renovo’s internal business operations.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with service providers and subprocessors (for example, cloud hosting on Amazon Web Services) who are bound by confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition). We do not sell your information.

5. Intuit / QuickBooks Online Data

• Authorization. Access is granted only through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization by a Renovo administrator, scoped to accounting data and limited to read-only use.
• Storage. Accessed data is mirrored into Renovo’s own database on Renovo-controlled infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, United States). OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never exposed to end users.
• Disconnection. Renovo can disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time from within our application or from intuit.com/account; disconnecting revokes our access. You may also request deletion of the mirrored data.
• Retention. We retain QuickBooks-derived data only as long as needed for the reporting purposes described above, and delete it upon disconnection or request, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We protect information using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption of sensitive credentials at rest (AES-256), authenticated and role-based access controls, and hosting on reputable cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
