> Renovo, LLC ("Renovo Sustainable Products") is a particle-engineering and toll-manufacturing company headquartered in Cookeville, Tennessee. We operate two complete granulation lines — a pin-mixer line paired with a fluidized bed dryer for heat-sensitive biologicals, and a disc-granulator line paired with a rotary drum dryer for high-tonnage specialty fertilizers, filtration media, and construction granules — out of a 20,000 sq ft facility serving the Eastern United States.

Renovo replaces the >$2.3M capital expenditure of building a specialty granulation facility with a service contract. Clients bring an idea, formula, or market opportunity; Renovo supplies the lab, engineers, equipment, analytical capability, and production floor needed to take that idea from bench-scale concept through commercial-scale finished product. Engagements run under NDA and clients retain 100% ownership of formulations.

## Production lines
- **Line 1 — Pin Mixer + Fluidized Bed Dryer**: pin/paddle agitation agglomeration with gentle low-temperature drying. Used for heat-sensitive biologicals, biostimulants, microbial inoculants, peptide products, and premium fine-particle granules. Granule range 400 µm to SGN 250.

Clients move from concept to first commercial batch in 8–12 weeks for total Stage 01–02 spend under ~$20,000 before per-ton production costs. Four-stage pipeline:
1. **Lab Development** — bench-scale samples (100 g – 5 kg), formulation, physical-property testing. $3k–$8k, 2–6 weeks.
2. **Feasibility Study** — process parameter definition, scale-up calculations, production-cost modeling. $5k–$12k, 2–4 weeks.
3. **Scaled Production** — pilot runs (500 lb – 1 ton), commercial runs (20+ tons), in-line QA/QC, Certificate of Analysis on every batch.
